BECC was founded on Feb. 20, 1993, with the approval of Beijing
Civil Administation. It consists of Beijing electronics units
and electronics communities on the principle of voluntary.
The Chamber is a community of multi-areas and multi-departments
The purpose of the Chamber is not for profit. With the identity
of Legal Representative, the Chamber is under the instruction
of Beijing Electronics Information lmdustry Company Group. Presently,
BECC has have more than 300 members. The internal press of the
Chamber, "Beijing Electronics Information" is issued
by the chamber and it provides the consult service to electronics
field all over the country.
The aim of BECC is to insist on the policy of open to the outside
world, to carry on the development principle on the national electronics
Industry, according to the principle of developing the Socialist
economic, through the effort of the chamber, to prompt the constant
development of electronics and trade both in domestic and abroad,
to grow the economic strength of each member, to enlarge the social
influence of the Chamber, to protest the legal rights of each
member, to cultivate a good market environ ment for the operation
of Beijing electronic industry.
The main task of BECC is to play a role of bridge between Chamber
members and the Government, to protest the legal rights of members,
to reflect the ideas and requirements of chamber members, to transfer
the Government principle and policy, to assistant the state department
to instruct, to coordinate and toprovide consult service for the
enterprise operation, to supervise the members to carry out the
state principleand policy correctly.
